1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the website of SANCHEZPERONA S.L. (www.littletown.es), is committed to compliance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. Therefore, and in application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter, the General Data Protection Regulation or “GDPR”), of Law 3/2018, Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, as well as the implementing regulations that may derive from the above, you are hereby informed of certain aspects relating to the processing of your data that we will carry out as a result of your browsing on our website, as well as the rights to which you are entitled.

2. Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), we inform you that the party responsible for processing the personal data you provide us with is SANCHEZPERONA S.L. with C.I.F. B54798392, which manages the contents of the website www.littletown.es, with registered office for these purposes at (C/ CONCEPCIÓN ARAGONÉS LOCAL 3,03570, VILLAJOYOSA (ALICANTE).

3. For what purpose do we process your data?

SANCHEZPERONA S.L. may process your personal data for the following purposes:

1.- Contact
    To manage your personal data when you contact SANCHEZPERONA S.L. through the contact form on our website eclipsegroup.es or when you send them to us to register as a customer. Also, your data will be processed in order to manage both the queries you send us through the channels provided for this purpose on our website and to contact you for any matter arising from our business relationship.
2.- Telephone and e-mail
    To manage your query when you contact us, either for a consultation or for any other request you send us, by telephone, email or other telematic means.

3.- Client Area Registration
    To manage your registration as a Client, as well as other additional data that may be generated in order to manage the requests that you register through the Client Area of the website or in any other way derived from your relationship with us.
4.– Contracting products and services
    To manage the contracting of products and services, as well as subsequent data that may arise from the relationship with SANCHEZPERONA S.L. In the contracting procedure, data relating to your bank account may be requested, among others, which will be communicated to the entity that manages the payment. This request will be made for the main purpose of managing payment for the provision of services necessary for the contracting of the product or service.
5.– Advertising of own products and services
    SANCHEZPERONA S.L. may send you, by post, email, SMS, whatsapp and any other means of electronic communication, advertising both general and adapted to your characteristics, related to our own services.

6.- Data retention
    Provided that you have given your consent, SANCHEZPERONA S.L. will store your data after the contractual relationship has ended for the time strictly necessary and deemed appropriate in case the business relationship is reactivated.

4. What data do we process and from what source are they obtained?

The data processed comes from:
  • Data provided by you, through the completion of forms for this purpose enabled on the web or through the sending of the same by email.
  • Data derived from the provision of the service. This category includes browsing data through the public website or access to the Customer Area that you provide indirectly and which are derived from the provision and maintenance of this activity.

5. What is the legal legitimation for the processing of your data?

The processing of your data relating to “Contact”, “Chat” and “Customer Area Registration” and other communication channels at your disposal, are based on the maintenance of your request and, where appropriate, for the provision of contracted services.

Similarly, the legal basis for the processing of your data derived from the contract is the execution of the contract for the provision of services or products of SANCHEZPERONA S.L. (according to the terms and conditions derived from the request for commercial relationship).

The sending of advertising of our own products may be based on the legitimate interest of SANCHEZPERONA S.L.P when you register as a customer or contract a service. In all other cases, the processing of your data will be based on the consent you have given us, which we will retain until you request the deletion of or opposition to the processing of your personal data.

6. To whom is your data communicated?

The data will not be provided to third parties unless it is necessary to respond to the request, request on your part or legal justification, and once used may be retained for the general period established for the statute of limitations for personal actions in civil legislation.

When required by law, SANCHEZPERONA S.L. may communicate your data to the competent law enforcement agencies. In the same way, your data will be communicated to the entities in charge of collection management.

7. How long will we keep your data?

Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to provide the service or until you withdraw your consent. Once the contractual relationship has ended, the data will be kept for a maximum of 2 years as a security method and in anticipation of a possible resumption of the business relationship. Subsequently, the data will be deleted in accordance with the provisions of the data protection regulations, which implies its blocking, being available only at the request of Judges and courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the competent Public Administrations during the period of limitation of the actions that may arise and, after this, we will proceed to its complete deletion.

8. What are your rights?

Data protection legislation grants you a number of rights relating to your personal data which you may exercise during the processing of your personal data. These rights are indicated below:

  • Right of access: To know what type of data is being processed by SANCHEZPERONA S.L. and the characteristics of the processing carried out on it.
  • Right of rectification: To be able to request the modification of your data if it is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Right of portability: To be able to obtain a copy in an interoperable format of the data being processed, in order to provide it to another Data Controller.
  • Right to limitation of processing: To be able to limit the processing of your data, provided that such a request is covered by the cases set out in the applicable regulations.

  • Right of opposition: To request the cessation of the sending of informative communications in the aforementioned terms.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority; in Spain, this entity is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (or AEPD).
 
The exercise of these rights may be carried out by postal or electronic means, through the contact details indicated at the beginning of this clause, proving your identity as the owner of the data for which you are exercising the request, or before any of the places established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

Likewise, you have the right, at any time, to object to the sending of advertising by electronic means, both your own and those of third parties, and to withdraw any of your consents, without this affecting the previous processing based on that consent.
